Mayon Volcano!!!

The Mayon volcano, which has blown its top nearly 40 times in 400 years, menaced nearby residents with small eruptions of ash and lava Wednesday as Philippine authorities moved more than 30,000 people to shelters in case of a larger eruption.

Trickles of lava rolled down the 8,070-foot (2,460-meter) mountain towering over the Albay Gulf in the central Philippines, while five new ash explosions, one of them reaching 550 yards (500 meters) in the air, shook Mayon's steep slopes, said chief state volcanologist Renato Solidum.

During the day, the summit is shrouded in white clouds of dust and ash, and dark orange lava becomes clearly visible in the nighttime. Residents of Legazpi city on the foothills of the cone-shaped mountain converge in a downtown park at night to watch the spectacle from a safe distance.

"There is the possibility that it can turn into the explosive phase of the eruption," Solidum told The Associated Press. "Right now, we cannot say for sure, but the initial phases of 2000, 2001 and 2006 eruptions are almost the same."

Lava cascades down the slopes of Mayon volcano in Legazpi city, Albay province, at dawn Tuesday Dec. 15, 2009 about 500 kilometers (310 miles) south of Manila, Philippines. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, PHIVOLCS, has raised the five-alert level to three following increased activity of the country's most active volcano and residents are prohibited from venturing into the 6-kilometer (4 miles) permanent danger zone. In December 2006 ash deposits from a previous eruption rolled down its slopes at the onslaught of a typhoon killing more than a thousand residents living around the cone-shaped volcano.

Provincial governor Salceda said he had decided to cancel a trip to Copenhagen, where he was to attend the U.N. climate conference to discuss his province's experience with typhoons and other natural disasters.

He said he would appeal for foreign aid to deal with the expected influx of displaced villagers to emergency shelters.

"Whatever the volcano does, our target is zero casualty," Salceda told The Associated Press.

Magma had been rising at the volcano over the past two weeks and began to flow out of its crater Monday night, Solidum said. He said the volcano had so far only gently coughed out red-hot lava, which had flowed half a mile (half a kilometer) down from the crater.

Some classes were suspended indefinitely near the danger zone. Officials will find a way to squeeze in classes in school buildings to be used as shelters, Salceda said.

Mayon's most violent eruption, in 1814, killed more than 1,200 people and buried a town in mud.

The Philippines lies along the Pacific "Ring of Fire," where volcanic activity and earthquakes are common. About 22 out of 37 volcanos in the archipelago are active.

Twilight New Moon

First day of November and a movie just pop up in my mind and that's the twilight New Moon. I cant wait to watch this movie since I'm a follower of it and a fan. As I watched a clip of the video I noticed that they introduced the wolf gang in this movie. We will get to see the might wolf team .the wolves defend humans against vampires although they have a tribal history intricately entwined with Edward Cullen and his family. The wolf pack members will join Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson in the continuation of the twilight saga "NEW MOON".

In the movie bellas 18Th birthday and she accidentally got a paper cut in the house of her vampire lover. As jasper one member of the family arouse by the smell of blood fallen from the carpet attempt to attack bella. In order for that situation not to happen again edward decided to left bella and move away from her including the cullen family. Bella is left by her vampire love Edward Cullen but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested. But before that a vampire that she know from part 1 had bad intentions on her and knows that she is left alone and unprotected. While Edward had a misinformation and thought that bella is dead he tries to kill him self by letting the sun melt his body while bella know that she comes rushing to save edward and let him know that she is still alive. As the story sequence continues new moon tells a story of losing true love. As is shows and explains bellas dark moments without her lover.

So much to see about this movie as it unfolds another saga on twilight and finds movie watchers interested to wait and watch. I'm sure it will hit the blockbuster in the movie industries and hit the big screens of movie theaters for its one of the most awaited movie of the year. I love to watch this movie together with my girlfriend like what we did last year.

Accept it! Math is difficult!

Over the years, in my former college life, I always bump to Math problems and to be honest, it wasn’t that comfortable having those kind of situations. You get to play with numbers instead of toys. Though, I always tell myself that in every math problems there will always be math answers, may it be math word problems or math numerical problems I am rest assured that I will always have a corresponding answer to those.

Algebra 2 was one of my worst nightmares during college. All these equations and solution, darn! It’s giving me headaches. Then one of my superior in work advised me to seek for Algebra help, and so I did.

I sat down in my computer at the office and searched over the net for any Algebra 2 help. Luckily, I found lots of them. There were lots that there was even algebra word problems presented and I thought it was way harder than what I was looking for and so I decided to skip it. I browsed as many pages as I can and studied somehow. I tried solving sample equations over the tutorials, some I got right, and some I end up wrong. But nevertheless, I learned a lot from the internet for my algebra class.

Math was hard, no doubt! But it’s worth the learning.

"Lineage 2"

Its been a while since I haven't played online games and its almost 2 years since I stopped playing the game that I loved and always play. Because one reason is that its now time for me to work and earn a living. Since I started to play this game since summer of 2004 and the game was c1 "HARBINGERS WAR" and then there was "AGE OF SPLENDOR" then "RISE OF DARKNESS" then "CHAOTIC CHRONICLE" and it was on www.isogames.com a private server for lineage 2 and learned how to I experience a different kind of synergy while playing. I met new and many friends while playing the game and this what makes it more fun you get to know new people around the world interact with them while playing or even play together with them. Even if you have different time zones still you can play together with them for as long as you want. This what makes the online games more attractive to gamers the interaction of the other players to other places in the world. And its really fun and enjoyment is there. You play together and entertain each other.
As I was still playing Lineage 2 before so much fun and moments happened and events were joined.

As we play together with my friends before we play all the same together 10-15 members all at the same time. Even it was 1 am or 2 am who cares no dull moments and boring situations were experienced not even dizzy of sleep tend to control us. I could not imaging how time slips away so fast because of the enjoyment that we are feeling the laughter and fun while both playing. We had so much fun and there are times that we don't find the time as it passes us so quickly all we care about is to focus in game.

Some of us even sleep in the desktop and we wake up we continue playing. Yes I am a gamer and I love to play and compete in game especially with my friends but whats the best thing is when you compete internationally because its a world wide game. and here's a good side if you play online games you will tend to learn other language in game because some players will ask you from what country so that they can communicate to you properly and express directly. You learn to speak with there language and learn there culture.

I admit I really miss playing this game and love to play again all the things that I did before as I look at this some old pictures when I was still playing.

Memories just brought back alive and imagination just fly out of my head knowing that before I was enjoying the time when all I think was play and have fun. And I miss my comrades in game. Where could have they been now are they still playing? maybe some and few of them are still. But past is past and future tends us to move in order to face reality.

Here are some old pics that I have recovered I hope you all enjoy this watching and I'll find more pics and post it again in here. thank you for reading this post God bless

Floating Aftermath (ONDOY)

Weeks and days have passed since the tragic incidents happened. It was just a slow typhoon that passed by but left a huge amount of rain and water in the lands. Flooding all areas high or low places, squatter or village territory. It never wasn't like this before such big amount of water that it entirely drowned all cities it had flooded. Claiming up to the second floor of buildings, overlapping bridges and rolled cars and vehicles, displaced houses to other places. Yes this is nature and its cruel approach to humanities. An amount of 6 months rain was rained and poured hard for just a day. It almost erased cities that it covered.

As it was just the other day that people on there way home walk in wire of the wire post because of the very high level of water on the streets. As cars were wiped and moved away. After the flood comes a super typhoon named "Pepeng" hits the land having the speed of 170 kph. It was just days when all were drowning and here comes a great catastrophe again. Ripping roofs from houses. As it passed the country it came back and did another damage. As if it left something from behind. And soon more typhoons were building and approaching to hit the country lands. They were "QUIMADA" and "RAMIL". And not far enough "MAYON VOLCANO" is said to be in bad condition as it throws more amount of ashes. There was an earthquake not long ago but thank God it was just up to 3-4 intensity.

This is very rate happenings just in months and questions do form in my minds. Are were punished? and asked for our debts and bad practices and doings to mother nature. It caught our attention and soon its more than to this. Nature is showing signs it dosent' choose people. When it attacks all is involved all is fair and equal we all suffer.

Additional Ray of the Mighty Philippine Flag

Senate Bill (SB) 3307 and House Bill (HB) 6424 states the inclusion of yet another ray of the Philippine flags’ sun. The two bills proposed the amendments to Republic Act. 849, or An Act of Prescribing the Code of the National Flag, Anthem, Motto, Coat-of-Arms and Other Heraldic Items and Devices of the Philippines.

The bill was approved by the Bicameral Committee reasoning that the additional ray of the sun in the Philippine flag symbolizes the bravery, courage and integrity of Muslim Filipinos who fought for our country’s independence. The principal author of the bill, Senator Richard Gordon, stated that it would strengthen the unity among Filipinos regardless of religions and beliefs.

The three stars of the Philippine Flag symbolizes the three major geographical division of the country: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao; and the eight rays of the sun represents the eight provinces that revolted against the Spanish Regime - who enslaved the Filipinos for many years - they are: Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Manila, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Tarlac. Gordon said that the ninth ray, which will be added soon, was proposed because behind each story of the great Filipino Heroes who fought for our country’s independence, lie the story of mostly forgotten Muslim heroes, including Lapu-lapu, Sultan Kudarat, and Rajah Sulayman, who were considered as the pioneering Heroes of the country by rejecting invaders during their time.

The reconciled bill will be ratified next week – last week of September 2009 - by the Senate and the House of Representatives, that states the including of another ray of the Philippine Flags’ sun.
