Ekits Pocherohan

When it comes to delicious Pochero that I have tried from the places that I have been. I would say that Ekits would suite my taste and would satisfy both my hunger and pocher cravings. The reason why I enjoy eating in Ekits is that their pocher is really delicious. And it's quite cheap compared to other stores selling it. Plus their pochero serving coversfor one up to two person(1-2 pax).

And that's a lot for just 60 pesos compared to other prizes which ranges from 200 to 300 pesos. The taste is just mouth watering and the meat is also tasteful. You could keep asking also for their soup since you would end up sipping it from time to time due to it's flavorful taste. The place is not really that crowded but it depends on the day and hour I guess. Since when I try to visit and eat their only few are eating so this gives you a less stress crowded environment.

I usually love to eat their during rainy season since I want to sip a hot soup. Or simply when I am craving to eat pochero on those random days LOL!

Their are also other sorts of food choices when it comes to their side dishes. They also have Lechon kawali, grilled fish and many more. Just choose what best suites your appetite and the ones that you want to eat.
One thing I noticed about the place is that why their are only few people went on this place is due to the location. It's really not that known and the location is also a bit hidden so if you are not familiar you won't be able to find it.

The place is located at the back of  Sarosa Hotel so I have to provide a map just to make things clear and for illustration purposes.

It's like a hideout and a place to seek and once you found it you will be rewarded with a good and tasteful pochero hehehe. So I guess this was just my explanation of how the place is located but the food especially the pochero is something you can't resist.

The Beat The dance The music of Sinulog!

This would be another appreciated year when it comes to the best occasion's that Cebu will be celebrating. Yes it's Sinulog once again and a lot of people are excited about it not just the cebuanos. But also other people from other places and countries who came to Cebu in order to celebrate. Sinulog is known as one of the greatest street parties ever. So expect a lot of wild parties and street craziness dancing in the heart of the city of Cebu.

When you can hear that sound and the beat of the music you could just not resist to rejoice. You would basically join the rhythm of the music by stomping your feet or snap your fingers from it. Cebu has been recognized also because of Sinulog and during this moment Cebu would be the best place around the world at the moment.

Some of the things that people are expecting from this celebration are the street party that's happening every where. As always the Sinulog Grand Mardigra contest that are held on Abellana Cebu City Sports Center. the Parades of the contestants on the streets together with there float and street dancers. Expect also some local celebrities that are participating on this activity since some of them would join. While others are unexpectedly found on the streets and other corners just chillin and watching.

And during night time when the contest ends, winners are declared and awarded. Firework's display would occur three times, first in Abellana, then fuente's turn to ignite there fireworks. And last but not the least Ayala will be the last one to showcase with theie own firework's display.

Sinulog is all about fun , religion and Cebuano's are known for this. It's the time were strong solemn faith are observed and then the big bang celebration after it.

Simbang Gabi/Misa De Gallo and Puto Sikwati

As Christmas is fast approaching one of the traditions that people are having is the "Simbang Gabi" or in in tagalog known as "Misa De Gallo". When I was a kid my parents would have this tradition and would go to church to participate mass early morning. Well my memories would serve me well on this happening when I was a child. Were in a lot of families would also attend the mass together with their kids.

And also during this time it's the most cold days of December as a sign that Christmas is coming. When I was a child my mother would even bring a bottled milk in church. Same goes for other parents when they are attending the mass together with their kids.

When I was on elementary I would always request from my father to eat Puto and Sikwati after attending the mass. So it was just a simple breakfast for us instead of going to Jollibee or some other fastfood chains. We would rather enjoy eating Bud-Bud and other foods. But one of my favorite's was the Puto Sikwati were in I would prefer the Tableya instead of the powder tablea.  hen I would feast on this meal same with my parents.

This are just one of the best things that I would not forget when I was a child during this season. But now that I am working I could just look back how life was simple way back when. I guess I could attend Misa De Gallo and eat Puto Sikwati after when I wanted to if I have no work. But at the moment I just had a reflection of the  past.

12/12/12 date

I don't know what's the meaning of this date either lucky for others or bad luck for them. Other's say it's a good day to earn while others say the end of the world is fast approaching.

Well only one thing for me is certain that's coming fast and that's Christmas. So in honor of it ill share this video and the viral song that everyone tends to listen. Watch the Kageron Gangnam Style!

Last Word Syndrome

Their was this time were in I was so busy thinking about random stuffs and work related ones. But when I got bored and took a break I was chatting to someone. We were talking about random stuffs and our conversation kept going while we discussed a lot of topic. It was a hot day and the sun was really at it's peak blazing it's sun rays.

We all know that if we feel hot we want to eat something cold or some desserts. And so my friend said something like this "Ah mahala sa tiling2x oi tag..." and the word "TILING2x" made me laugh so hard. I haven't heard this word nor read it like a decade and it was so unexpected. My friend could have said or described it as a bell(used by sellers in attracting people).

I could not stop laughing for like 10-15 mins when I was really feeling funny about it. My jaw was numbing and my stomach was compressed due to continuous laughing. I had watery eyes when I was laughing hard and every time I could think of it I could just laugh. It remained in my head for about 2 days since after that day I still smile and laugh whenever I think of that word again  Silly me but I can't help it but to make fun of this kind of things. As simple as they are and they would just made my day when all of a sudden I appreciated a simple happiness.

Another funny incident again that I could not forget when it comes to funny words. The word "Compayniya" that a friend had spoken instead of company. I could not help but laugh due that blooper kind of pronunciation. I could really just laugh all thing on that time thinking on this funny words that would tickle my brain.

Zodiac Signs

Zodiac Zodiac Zodiac well at first I was hesitant to believe this kind of stuffs. But when a friend of mine told me things like this I was really entertained. I mean I got curios that I end up researching stuffs online for more and more things. Lets call my friend Ms. Gemini were in she explained to me things about zodiac signs and how they are related to people.

And based on Ms. Gemini's explanation's somehow I was able to understand quite a lot. Even if she was laughing while explaining or doing jokes at the same time. But things are really getting interesting as I also discovered some things that I can relate to my life. Some instances that Ms. Gemini explained had already happened and to be honest they were all real.  And this zodiac stuffs made me think of more things that's why I end up researching and reading articles/contents from it. 

I keep feeding my self with those blogs online and also asked Ms. Gemini about certain things which I was thankful that she answered with clarification. She also made some good stuffs in confirming things and explained the details. But what amazed me more is that I could really base the incidents with the detailed things that the zodiac explanations were having. And Ms. Gemini also supports those answers and set some good examples.

Well I realize that some how this zodiac things would give you a glimpse about the kind of behavior from a person. As if it offers you some blue print of how others would act and give you some hints regarding there attitude. I was also enlightened when about certain things that I asked from Ms. Gemini about the things that I wanted to seek direct answers.

And as expected Ms. Gemini delivered direct answers which all I could do was drop my jaw since it was true. I could not argue because the explanations that I received were hitting the direct target. They were all useful ideas which I really learned. 

I even did some experimentation's were in I tried to combine and tried to match some zodiac signs. I was just trying to entertain my self and also try to find out there compatibility. But as I keep finding facts I keep getting darted with facts like 85% of them.

Well I was just glad that someone explained me this kind of things properly. Since before all I was thinking when it comes to this are all pure fictional things and sort of fantasy. But now I just found out that they are quite also useful especially when you want to know others even if it's just a glimpse of them.
