Aurora Borealis is an 'Electro-Magnetic" Phenomenon, occurring in the skies of northpole, during the months of winter when nights are for months, as in northern Norway , Sweden and Russia. The average temperature in these regions is -40 Celsius.

Aurora Borealis (northern lights) was named after the Roman Goddess of Dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for the north wind, Boreas, by Pierre Gassendi in 1621.
